... so I'm not offended if your statement concerns me? ;o)
Although I'm usually very precise, I make it easy for myself and make a reference to topics that are already written somewhere. Please also excuse my English - it's not my mother tongue - I run everything I want to write through the translator, otherwise I could never write so much in such a short time, hahaa :o)

Are you saying that you are using a USB --> Ethernet adapter to connect the the 7I92?
This is never suggested, you should use the motherboard Ethernet to connect the the 7I92
(and use a USB- -> Ethernet adapter if needed for normal internet access)

I had previously linked the PC directly to the Mesa and connected the PC via USB Ethernet Hub.
forum.linuxcnc.org/39-pncconf/52373-pncc...7i76?start=40#299443
please see the experiment I had connected like this until a week ago
forum.linuxcnc.org/39-pncconf/52373-pncc...7i76?start=50#299455
A week ago, however, I cancelled the attempt because, as I wrote, there were problems.
Now the PC has been connected directly to the Mesa 7i92 again for four days and the I-Net runs from the PC via the USB Ethernet adapter to the router.
The 13,566 are therefore generated with the last mentioned configuration
The suggested attempt by PCW

Okay, now I’d like to do nails with heads, you both said that the 13,566 are bad.
In other words, I would have to buy a second new PC after so much work? Most of the work is then the same on the new PC and not lost, or do I see this wrong?
If I buy a new barebone PC, I don’t want to buy a cat in a poke and would be very grateful for concrete suggestions of products that I can buy in Switzerland?
possible sellers are
www.brack.ch
www.digitec.ch
At the moment it is not clear if a setting in the BIOS could bring improvements, right? As mentioned, I do not know the terms and changes with the resulting effect in the BIOS.
Do you still see possibilities in the settings?

On your last BIOs picture:
forum.linuxcnc.org/39-pncconf/52373-pncc...7i76?start=10#298822
There were 8 sub options. All of them need to be investigated.
My guess is that you still have some power management / EIST /Cool and Quiet
/ Turbo mode / CPU speed switching enabled This will ruin the system latency

Yeah i keep forgetting this as it is not a wide spread issue, but Asus boards, enabling Q Fan speed will mess the latency badly as soon as it kicks in.

So to go through the points from back then again
In the menu item
APM Configuration
Restore AC Power Loss > is power off
ErP Ready > is enable S4 S5 is now switched off
Power on by PCI-E > disabled
Power on by Ring > disabled
Power on by RTC > disabled
The following menu item is now new
CPU Fan Control now set to Quiet Mode instead of normal mode
i understand your statement, but i don't know all the technical terms in the AMI aptio menu and especially the terms you mention, i don't know what influence they have on the function and physically. if the fan is switched off, does the processor probably overheat?
Should it not be possible here now, I have to buy a new PC, unless you can justify being able to live with the errors in the Linux CNC? However, I don't want to buy a chat in a poke when buying a new one, because I only bought the current one in May 2023 and I sought advice in the German LinuxCNC forum.
Isn't the FPGA chip responsible for the real time?

I have now set the fan speed to quiet mode, but when I am working on the PC and LinuxCNC is open, it still switches to an audibly higher speed. This is starting to annoy me. Shouldn't it be possible to run LinuxCNC? Unfortunately, I'm coming back to my statement that the ASUS PC with AMD processor was a terrible purchase.

Is it not possible to continue working for the moment to see if I can design the PncConf so that I can move the axes up to the limit/reference switches?
I would be very interested to know if I can move the axes and if the end/reference stops are correct?
I could always change the PC?
Or is it absolutely important that EVERY error in every step must be corrected first so that you can continue working?

Is that an APU? Menaing the processor has the graphic card in it?
The processor temp is 89 degree while graphic temp is 70 degree, and that points to the cooler not siting properly on top of the processor.
A 3-5 degree difference is ok, even 10-15 momentary difference is ok, 29 is not ok.
