Netmask should be 8, I dont think you need a gateway or DNS.
Can you ping the 7i96?

Hmm, if you can ping 10.10.10.10 then you can "see" the 7i96.

Hopefully. Thank you for all your help. I’ll post my config just for reference in case some come to see it overnight. Tommylight I believe knows about Mesa boards, they might be able to help.

You have:connected in this HAL file and also somewhere else, probably in plasma_cutter_connections.hal. It can only be used once.
