Netmask should be 8, I dont think you need a gateway or DNS.

Can you ping the 7i96?

Hmm, if you can ping 10.10.10.10 then you can "see" the 7i96.

I don't know why it won't load, hopefully someone else will chime in...

Hopefully. Thank you for all your help. I’ll post my config just for reference in case some come to see it overnight. Tommylight I believe knows about Mesa boards, they might be able to help.

Comment out this line:

net dout-01     <=  motion.digital-out-01

You have:

hm2_7i96.0.gpio.003.in

connected in this HAL file and also somewhere else, probably in plasma_cutter_connections.hal. It can only be used once.
