Multiple configs are no problem.

Did you check completely through the file to make sure that pin name does not appear somewhere else?

I just checked the ini file, the Hal file, and the Hal connections file. It’s not repeated. Should I zip my config over?

Well then I have no idea where it is getting that pin assignment from.

Are you sure you copied the file I sent to you into this directory /home/users/linuxcnc/configs/the_plasma_cutter/
