Edit your HAL file, change this line:
to:
In this HAL file you have a line:
In plasma_cutter_connections.hal you also have a line somewhere with hm2_7i96.0.gpio.003.in
So one of these lines is pointing to the wrong input, it needs to be changed.

I'm not sure i understand what you're asking me to do, sorry
Edit your HAL file, change this line:
net dout-01 <= motion.digital-out-01
to:
#net dout-01 <= motion.digital-out-01
In this HAL file you have a line:
net max-home-z <= hm2_7i96.0.gpio.003.in
In plasma_cutter_connections.hal you also have a line somewhere with hm2_7i96.0.gpio.003.in
So one of these lines is pointing to the wrong input, it needs to be changed.

Ok, so I looked at what you said. Well I wanted to be sure I got the right thing to put into the pin section of plasmac. So I made up an output for so could go into the Hal file of my preexisting machine and copy it and past into the plasmac. Along with that I only have one limit switch for the z axis. And in order to have all the joints home together I set the limit switch as home. So I guess when it loaded my preexisting machines files it butted heads with the already existing inputs. So what I just did was went back into pnccof and just set those pins to unused. Now I am getting this error message, but gladevcp also popped up. Sorry for the pictures but it won’t let my copy the text for some reason

In the ini file there is a line starting with "GLADEVCP =" and in that line there is "gvcp_call_list".
Comment out that line by adding # as the first character of the line.
