Welche Tasten haben die Achsen?

Category: Deutsch

Wenn ich mich recht errinnere werden normalerweise
'[' und ']'
für die 4. Achse verwendet.
Kann man glaub ich auch im Menü nachschauen: 'Help' > 'Quick Reference'[/code]

A close up picture of the BOB and drives might help, maybe the wiring is done differently, or enables are wired to another pin, or...
In the meantime, check if the drives have the same pinout for the inputs, they have writings on one side.

Welche Tasten haben die Achsen?

Category: Deutsch

Hallo zusammen,

New minor problem

Category: General LinuxCNC Questions

I am having a very minor problem with a routine I have use for some time with other software. That is to set the router bit a known height above the surface of the material.  I think it is just a setting that I need to change in the setup in Pnnconf for the GIU.  I have attached a PDF with a description and screen shots showing what is happening.  And the G-code that does exactly what I want.
Thanks again for you time and help.
Tom

You don't get all the source files with a deb installation, if you want everything then you should clone the git tree and build linuxcnc on your local machine (aka RIP installation)

Adding a DRO and want to integrate with linuxcnc, recommended hardware?

Category: CNC Machines

If you're thinking about absolute encoders and upgrading the steppers, you can also look into ethercat servos, but the encoders would be pre-backlash this way.

Does the BOB (blue board with the big connector) have any LED on?
Is it plugged into a USB on the PC?

the Probotix controller works well, it's the other one (The first pictures) that does not work. the wires coming to the motors are getting power but the voltage does not change when I try to jog. I'm wondering if whatever wires bring the move signal are not doing their job. Originally I thought maybe it was a programming error, but if the Probotix box works...

Probe Basic machines won't update after modify in "Designer for PB"

Category: QtPyVCP

also be aware that any changes made will be overwritten if you decide t update down the road with a newer release of probe basic. it may be wise to use the user tabs instead and remain on the stock version if you want ease and simplicity down the road.

we will be implementing some changes that allow certain buttons to be changed via user settings to better fit with routers, such as the flood and mist buttons will be interchangable with vaccum and dustcollector or similar etc.

are you using the designer launchers on the desktop to start qtdesigner? this is necessary for the venv.

one of the users that builds his own debs posted this in the group chat.
TAG="0.5.4-128"
KMBUILD=6

dch --create --distribution stable --package probe-basic --newversion $TAG.stable+km+$KMBUILD KM Build

Request for Mesa 5i23_7i48_7i52 firmware

You need to set the pin to output mode.
(all GPIO start-up as input pins)

setp [HMOT](CARD0).gpio.024.is_output true
setp [HMOT](CARD0).gpio.024.out false
