I got the screen to load and do most things but I have a problem with the jogging.
I can jog X and Y axis no problem but as soon as I jog the Z axis I get the errors in the screen shot. I reset the estop and machine and then I cannot jog any axis. The error is as shown. The error is for Z axis although I jog the X axis.
I have the NO_FORCE_HOMING switch ON at the moment so the machine is not homed.

Hallo Marius,
most of the warnings you mentioned, are normal, I will spend some time to check how to avoid them, but not all come out of my computer;-)
The actual error of your config is the following error in Z axis, the following error do unhome the axis, what is not allowed and so on.
Please find the reason for the following error.

I am using the axis settings that you supplied in the example config. Have a look at the attached file.
Why will the Z axis give an error when I jog the X axis?

Marius,
are you on your real machien, or on sim?
I understood, that sim is working fine, as it does here.
If you are on a live machine, you do have to set your hal files and make the axis settings according to your machine!
At least I can see, that you did include a new hal file and you did not adapted the paths of subroutines and macros.

It is running on live machine now. The problem with Z was the THC comp was not connected so there was no feedback
It looks great. I will let you know how it goes.
Thanks again for your support.

Hallo Marius,
fine that it is running.
Related to the labels, you may just edit the glade files to modify them, and send the changed ones so I can push them to master.
Or just inform about the changes you like.
