Ok set up a program using your post and get this result.Text does not come out right and program wont run.

Can you send me the job file.
We may be looking at the tool stuff wrong. I don't really know enough about it.
It may well be that we need Tool #1 as the torch and Tool # 2 as the scribe.
You could try that by adding a Tool2, setting Tool1 offsets to zero and Tool2 offsets to suit the scribe then try the MDI code I sent before but use T1 and T2.
I think I will have a play around on my mill tomorrow.
Edit: It definitely won't run in Pierce Only mode

Attached is the file,
I will try out the tool stuff as I have been playing around with the PlasmaC file and getting now where.
At least its scribing half ok now,
Still a long way to go but at least its kinda working.

Ill just show you this in case anyone can point out what is happening,
This is my torch at 0,0,
When I run the program it moves sightly to the scribe mark and the scribe works in the top right corner,
But when it goes to cut the holes the torch moves to this position which I would of though is a negative position ,
