So you want:
  1. scribe arm output activates
  2. adjustable delay
  3. scribe start output activates
  4. adjustable delay
  5. motion begins

Yes that would be perfect.

My problem at the moment is that the scribe action is not turning straight away so having a delay for it to get up and running would help a lot.

The one for point 2 you should already have, but I haven't done the one for point 4 yet, it's a work in progress.

No worries,

I am having trouble with the downward pressure of the scribe being to much and its digging into the plate, when I adjusted the pressure for the slide down it got to a point where the upward slide wont work because the pressure is to low, I just brought a pressure regulator I am going to install on the down slide port only to be able to set it very low but the upward slide port will have normal pressure.

I am hoping with the delay it should work out well. Main problem with having to much downward pressure is the scribe is gripping the piece of sheet and sliding it around the table.

Next problem I am having is getting the offset right,

I have set the torch and pierced a hole then moved the scribe into the hole and noticed the dro. This gave me a x of 156 and a y of 32.5. I entered the values into the tool table.

Now when I run the PlasmaC g code file the torch moves from the zero position and goes to the P to be scribe and the scribe will start but its not positioning the scribe in the right place to start. I hope that made sense.

You left tool 0 (torch) at X0 Y0 and set tool1 (scriber) to X156 and Y32.5 ?

You should be able to test it in MDI mode.

M6 T0
G43
G0X0.001 Y0.001

M6 T1
G43
G0X0.000 Y0.000

and the scriber should end up where the torch was

Was the hole on 0,0?

I found this was hard to create in sheetcam. Ended up spotting a 10mm hole with an offset in sheetcam to agree with the hole position (maybe I used -5,-5)

Don't ask me about my problems today. Cut all morning perfectly upgraded to current version (compiled) now with same material, can't cut for Sh1t. Plasmac was ignoring perfectly good arcOK's at one stage when spotting holes with tiny movement. Torch is way too high, and I'm not sure why.

I move the torch to a new positon, Touched off x and y and ran that code and nothing.

Moved torch to new postion, did not touch off and ran that code and torch moves back to 0,0 point.
