So just confirmed the ArcOK led on the GUI does not come on when this happens, it pierces the metal and the volatgae reading is around 95-110 when doing this with no ArcOK coming back. (starting to think its an internal issue with the plasma cutter unit itself)

When that happens do you notice if the Arc OK led is lit on the GUI.

So it doesn't get the signal from the plasma machine.
It may be a faulty relay or connection in the machine itself or it may need some contact wetting.

I am thinking the machine also. would this be counted as contact wetting on the arkOK line in this diagram?

That will give you around 24mA which would "probably" be adequate.

with only around 8hours cut time i wouldn't think i would have oxidization build up on this connection. i can only think bad relay internally. That will give you around 24mA which would "probably" be adequate.
