(No i wasn't sure on that first one)
At the moment its wired like this
Swapping to this. Hoping it works to burn off the oxidization.

Last post first schematics shows a wiring error that will cause the ARCOK (transfer) to short the VFIELD power.
I really hope it is not wired like that.

The second diagram with the resistors looks right to me.

Cool. Just be prepared for a few runs before it clears up the oxide. It took me about 3 goes, but little_sparky needed 10-12 goes. I'm confident it will work for you.

So i heard back from the manufacturer and he said The maximum current for the transfer relay is 50mA so im assuming ill need different capacitors again to not burn it out.Cool. In that case a 1 k, 1 W resistor will draw 24 mA. The plasma cutter on your wiring diagram does not even mention it has a CNC interface in our country.

That is what i had installed previously but am running into said issues, like its just not enough. As for the machine yer its not very well documented but it mentions it in the manual .In that case a 1 k, 1 W resistor will draw 24 mA. The plasma cutter on your wiring diagram does not even mention it has a CNC interface in our country.

Yeh, I read that brochure. As you say its similar to the everlast. I would open the case and follow the Arc OK wiring back to the relay. Note the part number and google the relay. 50ma does not sound right anyway. Thats more like the current draw of the coil I think.
