I have a pb ,

Dépend: libboost-python1.62.0 but it is not installable

Is this for Xubuntu or the official ISO?
which distribution did you use stretch or buster?

1) I'm still on official debian version.
2) I used "stretch" as on the video "buster" doesn't seem to work ...

For the official debian ISO you would want to use "buster". Worked for me after I added the key with the command
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-key EF1B07FEE0EE663E

Have you removed the 'stretch'-repsitories you added before?
Maybe you could post a screenshot of your synaptic package manger window showing the repositories?
