Thank you for the reply.
I was thinking about KA23. Can I just let it be controlled by Mesa ENA3?
XYZ(pin 65) Is controlled by ENA0-2.
Ok, It makes sense that the main power(KM1) should cease if the emergency stop is pressed. I will do it like that, same with the spindel.

Ena03 will switch on at the same time as 0-2. I would use one of the output pins on the mesa card to switch on ka23 when the ma hine is out of estop

Okay, yes that would work.
But I don't know how I can have one very slowly drifting axis while the enables are off. And KA23 is enabled while this happen, if I switch KA23 off everything stops.
Most of the machine has been wired up now like limit switches, estops, HMI-panel so I hope I can do some tuning tomorrow.

If the drives are drifting, they ARE enabled.
I would carefully check the enable functionality/wiring

Yes something is not right. I will measure my enable signals and check the wiring tomorrow.

I'm working on connecting the remaining things to the Mesa board.
My 3 gears gearbox is controlled by 2 valves. So i'm assuming that:
00 = no gear
01 = first gear
10 = second gear
11 = third gear
I will have to test this and see if I have understand it correctly. I also believe you would always go to 00 every time you shift gear.
On one side of the machine I have this small electric motor. I'm not sure what function it has, does any of you have a clue? Drawings didn't help me much.
Best regards Kevin

Nice machine.
Could that motor run the central lube system pump?
