Well, take some time off and then do the "1.1 Quick start" commands from my last post.
Report your progress.
One step after another.

No better way to learn.

I follow the instructions but there is always something wrong. I'm a little sorry this evening, for 2 years I have been trying to develop this machine ...

Thank you very much for your patience and for the time you spend answering me. There aren't a lot of people like you.
I was on vacation for the last two weeks, I'm going back to work on Monday. You will be much less bothered ... you can finally take vacation in your turn.

Kind Regards

You see, there are not many LinuxCNC users that bother with 5axis stuff. Maybe indexing but not simultaneous.
So just hang in there and you will get this thing installed. Its a good way to learn about linux and linuxcnc.
In the end you will be an expert because you actually have a 5axis machine.
So again: You follow the instruction line by line and report if you don't know how to go on. Just take a screen shot of your terminal window.

I will continue a little longer this evening.

Good night .

As tommy highlighted, installl with:

sudo apt-get install libmodbus-dev

There might be a few more like this. Sometimes it will require a bit more research to figure out what to install.

Maybe try:

sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev

I think this installs glib.

[edit]
Then do the ./configure .... again
