Sorry if this isn't the right place, I googled but couldn't find better.
To retrofit a SCaublin 32 CNC milling machine, it's a good idea to have the manuals, right?
In manuals I am a bit limited, I only have the diagram or schematic of the electrical part, and the Spindle drive manual.
About the axis drives I have nothing.
Without this manual is it possible to retrofi?
Axle drives are Socapel Socadyn SA3
I will be grateful for your help.

It just occurred to me (while watching "The BlackList"), the "Eurythmics" singer was named Ann Lenox !!!

That was for RotarySMP regarding the video.
Alexandre, it would be best to start a new topic and upload more pictures of the machine and cabinet, diagrams you have, and yank on of the drives out and check if there is silk screening on the board regarding pinouts.

I thought about starting a new topic, but I'm still evaluating if I'm able to retrofit it, so I thought I'd better create the new topic later. I have some fear of not having enough knowledge to go all the end...

You should see a little icon top right for network control.
In fact, you might see several. It seems that nm_tray is not entirely bug-free. But it _does_ allow you to hard-code the ethernet port for Mesa and still configure Wifi, which WICD could not do.

It would, WICD has been expunged from the 2.8.2 ISO. Instead it installs nm_tray which is a GUI that brings in network_manager as a dependency.Installed network-manager okay. But deinstalling WICD failed.
