Okay. I'll follow your advice.
One more thing, do you think it is useful to put a CD player (reader) on the desktop that will be added to the machine (where I will install linux), or is it a component that is not lacking in this situation?

I wouldn't bother. You can do anything needed with a USB stick.

Ok. I already have two USB2.0 ports facing the outside, soon I will put two more also facing the outside but USB3.0
Here my PC (desktop) under the control panel.
Motherboard ASRock 970M Pro
AMD FX (tm) -6300 Six-Core 3.5Ghz Processor
4GB RAM
Sata Disk SSD 120Gb
Graphics Asus ... (???)
Graphics and disk are the same as previously mentioned. The rest of the components are new, the old pc did not support and did not have the necessary requirements.

What you can try is put the hard drive in other pc with internet acces and cd drive. Then Install the linux iso. After that, Put it back into your machine pc and cross your fingers.

Other way is put a temponary cd drive on your machine pc. Or install it with usb. Try to hit F8 F9 F10 F11 F12.... during startup,
then you will be in bios if you are lucky.. Then you can choose your boot startup way... It can be usb boot is not active at this moment. You need to set it active. Some time's only a factory reset will do your job. This factory reset option is at the left side of bios setup.

I advise to install a 64 bit linuxcnc version. Not the old scool 32 version

Good luck Fernandes.

Hi everybody,

we bought a MAHO 1000 C and want to do a Retrofit.
Could anyone Provide some Config and INI Files?
Is there a way to get some wiring plans?

We would also be able to buy the documentation including the wiring and configuration of linuxcnc!
Much Tanks to your reading and answering!

This bios is different from the bios I knew so far, but this configuration I have already done. Also I realized that the linux I have here is 32 bit, was ideal for the old desktop because it was what he supported, this is now 64bit ... I tried to start installation on the desktop that I use at home to see as far as it went and at one point the system said that (not compatible)
I'm looking for Linux 64 bit, but I still can not download it
