Ya I’m going to make those connections tonight.
My Follow up Question to that is . My plasma machine has to outputs for “ok to move” do connect both those outputs to input in my Mesa 7i96 board?

you can add this together as one
THCok signal and PlasmaOK signal to spindle-at-speed
THCok signal and PlasmaOK signal to spindle-at-speed
loadrt and2 count=1
addf and2.0 servo-thread
net thcok and2.0.in0 <= hm2_7i92.0.gpio.xxx.in
net plasmaok and2.0.in1 <= hm2_7i92.0.gpio.xxx.in
net readytomove and2.0.out => motion.spindle-at-speed

I switch to mode 1 and I have my un-comment the
net plasmac:arc-ok-in hm2_7i96.0.gpio.005.in => plasmac.arc-ok-in in my hal file.
I home my machine, probe test, and load up file and hit run program. machine moved to position, torch fires up, and moved 2 inches in the y direction and program stops , I get "e-stop error" and "joint 3 error" this in gmoccapy. I will try axis and will take videos of both and post them tonight.

Build configurations from scratch in axis and gmocappy I get the same results .
PlasmaC mode 1
Ark ok wired in.
So below is a link to the video files I save . 1 video started test cut and it stops after first hole is cut out.
Second video , name arc ok disconnected “ is where I disconnected ark ok pin and torch cycles on 3 time before I get no arc detected error, my way of testing that I’m getting a signal to the correct pin location.
Video 3 is shows another attempt at cutting and with arc ok connected and what is show on the screen.
What else can i do?
Videos in file are not in order I label them should be easy to identify

Video with no arc ok connected >>> the torch is to high
Video with arc ok >>>>you are getting "valid arc lost" while probing, that should not happen under any circumstances, so you should check your wiring or something left in hal that is causing ARCOK signal to go true.
