Are you using arc-lost-delay in your Hal files at all?

If so, if you are not on the latest version there was a bug that would not allow the THC to activate if there was an arc lost delay set between 0-1 seconds.

I need to check not at my computer right now. Where do I look for that?

Honestly, if you didn’t add it, it’s not set by default. Just wanted to mention it in case you had set it :)

Is the THC Enabled LED on while cutting?
Does the THC Active LED turn on while cutting?
Do the Up/Down LEDs turn on while cutting?
Do you have Mesh Mode or Ignore Arc OK enabled?

Could you post the backup of the config.

Do you have Mesh Mode or Ignore Arc OK enabled? I am not sure where do I check that? When running that job the z motor burnt out cause it won’t go up anymore I hear the motor whining when trying to go up but won’t move. It moves down I even swapped out driver and still does the same so I think it might of messed up stepper motor or it just gave out. Ordered another one don’t come until Friday. I have a spare on my other running machine but right now that one is working.
