these are the motors, I’m not quite sure what their rated for, though they are being given 30v. I’m not sure what exactly to do with the pins for the driver setting so they are factory

The 1st 3 switches on the drive set the current to the motor. To set for 4.9amps (closest to your motor's 5A rating) SW1 should be on, and SW2-SW3 should be off. If they were set to all off, changing this won't help because that is "full current", but if they were all on that would be "min current".

Another thing to test is to try is setting your MAX_ACCELERATION to 10 or even less.

You seem to be active at this moment. Would you mind maybe video calling so I can keep trying things out and you could get a better idea of what I’m working with?

That’s fine. Did you get a chance to check the hal or ini files? Would there be a time later that you would be able to for a bit just o see if there’s anything we can figure out?

I looked at the ini, and that was why I suggested cutting the accel from 30 to 10.

I did that it didn’t do anything. How can I tell if my drivers are shot? They don’t seem to be but they might be

Does sound like the connections from the 7i76E to the drives may be mixed up.
See here for a nicely made connection sheet to help guide you.

I don't have any experience with those drivers so can't say what will or won't destroy them.

okay, I am at a complete loss. I have mapped out all of my wires, I have ensured they had good connections, I have done all the suggested things in this reply thread, I have ensured that everything matched up with all the diagrams i found, I used what I know and what I wrote down based on my previous build. Everything on my end in those regards checks out. They drivers are being supplied 30v, they were for a moment supplied 50v I'm not sure if that would fry them, but I am all out of leads.

My motors do not move, they softly hum when idle, they have no response otherwise. they seemed to be locked. Therefore, there must be power going to them. I don't know what to do. My Hal and ini files are both posted (they remain unchanged). I have no clue what to do concerning this. should I get new Drivers? the ones I am currently using are brand new. All four of them, they are all behaving this way.

My motors and drivers are listed, I'm using mesa 7i76e board as stated.

if anyone is willing i am more than open to Video chatting
