Goto Befehl?

Hallo LinuxCNC Nutzer,

Further David
Further there are three very small Allen headed grub screws in the spindle. too small for my Allen keys. The same are flush with the surface of the shaft. they seem like a machinist reference mark but I just don't know.
Seem like I am going backwards on this job.
cheers Chris

Hello David
I removed the horizontal spindle out of my Maho 700C milling machine. I guess for the fourth time. All because I cant get the hydraulic tool changer to work.
I have an English version of the manual on the Maho 700C The same explains the machine in great detail but an omission is how to remove the tool change spindle and the spring washers that activate the tool gripper.
I cant see how to get it apart so I can get to see the possibly broken spring washers. I can not see anything wrong and in my view it seems like trapped air in the system. I have tried to bleed the system but with no luck. The vertical spindle tool changer works as it should. Today I put the spindle in a hand press and compressed the spring washers on their spindle. I can see the hydraulic piston move but can't see how to get it apart

Ethercat panel configuration

Category: EtherCAT

Hi everyone, I’d like to share a long-standing issue I encountered and the solution I found. The problem began when I tried to connect an EtherCAT panel to LinuxCNC. During the configuration process, the slave device remained stuck in the ‌PREOP‌ state and failed to enter ‌OP‌ (Operational state). This was caused by manually configuring certain PDO files, which led to unrecognized settings. The fix was to set configPdos="false" in the configuration. Apologies for my poor English—the original text was translated using software. For reference, I’ve also attached an image showing the LED activation (see attached image). Hope this helps anyone facing a similar issue!

CamWorks (Solidworks) Post processor

Category: Post Processors

Hello,I would like to ask if anyone has a CamWorks post processor for LinuxCNC.

The LinuxCNC wiki page lists post processors, but the download links are no longer working. Would anyone be able to re-upload them or share them with me?

Additionally, I noticed that some forum members mentioned having a CamWorks post processor for lathes. If available, it would be great to add this to the wiki for others to find more easily.

Since the basic SOLIDWORKS license includes an integrated version of CamWorks, I believe the post processor should be named CamWorks (SOLIDWORKS) for better visibility.

I appreciate any help and a possible re-upload. Thanks in advance!

7i95 board for 5ABoB(not T or S) firmware missing

Category: Driver Boards

I think what you need to confirm is how many encoder or serial channels you are willing to give up to obtain the extra step gens.Let PCW know this and he will help.

It would seem you can't have all the encoders & all of the serial channels and the extra 3 step gens.

There are only so many functions that an FPGA can have.

Fusion 360 probe on probe_basic - Probe tripped during non-probe move

Category: General LinuxCNC Questions

I am trying to enable Fusion 360 probe operation by editing post process and try to run test on probe_basic GUI.

All probe_basic GUI based probe is working well without any problem. however, when I try to run Fusion posted probving I got following error during Fusion ngc based probing process.

[qtpyvcp.plugins.notifications][ERROR]  Probe tripped during non-probe move.

The reason would be probe_basic GUI detected "probe tripped" by Fusion probe ngc while not on probe_basic's probing tab GUI.

Can someone tell me how to disable qtpyvcp.plugins.notifications or enable Fusion probing ngc out of probe_basic's probing tab ?

All the best,
Bernard
