I would like to get the opinion of those more knowledgeable than me, I knew it could be done on 7i97 but the price with shipping and customs is high, 7i92 can sometimes be bought from me locally, but I haven't found firmware for 7i92 in this configuration yet, before I make a decision I would like to compare a few options, whether Remora will handle 3 encoders because I think it can with 1, and whether there is another option that I haven't known about yet, I've also read about ethercat but beckhoff modules are even more expensive, best regards

Note that he cautions you to check with Lichuan support if there are any updated firmware/uploading tools available in case those files should be outdated. Hope this helps!

That's actually rather strange behavior and may have to do with
the 7I76E analog output being unsigned.

Can you post your hal/ini files?

I would get open loop working well first with P,I,D == 0
and FF0 = 1, then try to slowly add some P and I

(you will never get good control without FF0)

Also plotting the PID output will help with diagnosis

Sounds promising.
But you mentioned three servos? You need one "kit" with cia402 and lcec for each servo.
So there should be a cia402.2.read-all and one cia402.2.write-all for the third servo as well. And it need to be hooked up to lcec in the same way as the two other servos. Maybe you have that already, it is hard to think the servo works at all without that.

Ich suche das Doku was Peter (talla83) für die Installierung des Werkzeug Längenmessung erstellt hat, habe in der GITHUB gesucht aber nichts gefunden. Er hat es im seinem Video erwähnt das es eine genaue Beschreibung gibt.

Does DIR change in output type 0?

(maybe there's a hardware issue)
 

i changed z steps from 0.05 to 0.1 and it increased speed but it is lower than what i want and what it should be.

There is definitely something wrong in the current source
I went through a bunch of test builds and sserial shows
some random startup issues.

EDIT: found the issue, I built custom firmware for a company which had a hacked vhd file
that I meant to remove but was left in the 7I92t project...
 
You can use the current source by removing wordpr-efx-fpo.vhd from the project and adding
wordpr.vhd

hi dear friends
i have this file.ngc which is used to produce a workpiece in series.
my issue is that speed does not increase . even when i change #4 parameter in file,ngc
i tested g0 and g1 in mdi and machine moves in 4800mm/min speed without any problem but when i run this file.ngc code, speed is limited to 130 roughly
