Hey Bev,
that is for the plasma you are building right ?
You should add some cross members to make the table more rigid in the middle as if cutting thicker steel plates it will buckle in the middle with time.

whow
it seams he plans on 2inch thick sheets
this may break the shop bottom if it is finished within that support
Will it be a Watertable or only airfree plasma
I hope you made Air Holes into the frame as the air is supposed to flow inside the bars
otherwise it will bend SOON and make it a unusable THC master pice

Yeah I have some holes for air. And it will have a water table. Ac servos and Plasmac.........
I am using unistrut cross members. Support should be fine.If required I can add some.I did design triangular support but customer didnt want to pay for it.

Looks Good,
It will be interesting to see how you are going to design the slat holders and the water tray. I take it that it will sit on top of the frame rather than sit in the frame.

No, the 7I92 (and all of our Ethernet FPGA cards) support MDIX so will work equally well with crossover or straight through cables.
