num_extrajoints was recently added in the master branch
The symptoms show use of an updated file:
lib/python/rs274/glcanon.py which is a python library file
not affected by make, however it requests stat.num_extrajoints
which is provided by emcmodule.cc which must be recompiled
by running make.
so i suspect you need to rebuild:
When updating a branch, its always a good idea to rebuild
or bad things can happen. The 2.8~pre* branch is less volatile
than the master branch.

so i suspect you need to rebuild:
$ make && sudo make setuid
When updating a branch, its always a good idea to rebuild
or bad things can happen. The 2.8~pre* branch is less volatile
than the master branch.

Phill,
I tried the drill tool in Sheetcam but the hole marks did not come out in plasmaC gcode.,
When I try to set it up as a plasma tool it tried to cut out the holes rather than spot pecking.
How do you suggest I set it up?
Edit that was the simulation in sheet cam, Ill try running the program and see what happens.

I am out at the moment and I can't remember how I did it.
I think I copied the holes I wanted to do onto a new layer then made the lead in to the hole centres.
I'll check when I am back home.
