I cut these for a project. They are decorative outriggers. Cut from 1.6 hot rolled sheet. I welded them and then ground them flush and had them powder coated.


I need some of them to replace my rotting fascia. DO you make house calls?

This one I get 10 out of a sheet if Index it on my 1/2 sheet table

Thes parts are then essentially free now as I cut them from the waste

And the nest complete with 2 sever cuts

Looks good Rod, Free parts are always the best.


And I have bucketloads more than I need. I cleaned up 100 of each out of the last batch but I don't really need to powdercoat them yet..

The long bracket has a slight bend in it which I do in a 6" vice press brake now but I was paying about $15 a set of 2 with the powdercoating so I am way in front..

I guess its time I put something on here. 1.6mm sheet, around 500mm x 405mm (16Ga 19.5" x 16")

Was it normal cold rolled sheet or galvanized? Did you powder coat or just spray paint?
