It would have to here. I'm sure they don't even sell an 8gb one here. I only use 4gb on my J1900 and I was told to just get 2gb at the time..

Yeh, I found the new Pi quite usable from the Windows remote desktop with XRDP installed on the PI. I've got a couple and one is tucked away in the cupboard that houses my network stuff and powered by PoE.

I am using 64bit Linux Mint with XCFE on a single processor laptop with only 1GB of memory. It runs the machine all day long without a single issue. So you think 4GB willl be OK even in close future with 64bit OS?

So my friends, I now have RPI4 with 4GB up and running with latest Buster. Also *boot* via 2.5" HDD and VNC remote is working.
So what packages do I need to download to get PlasmaC up and running?

Sorry for the late reply, had guests.
Yes that is it, double clicking on it should open gdebi so just clicking on install should do.
If there is no gdebi:
sudo apt-get install gdebi
If it complains about dependency not satisfiable, enable the repositories in software sources.
Try again.

Thanks, no gdebi now installed the deb package.
But... this morning NO HDD boot but a lot of ext4 errors and no VNC.
Back to SD and all is well.
