Aah got it.. I assumed there were newer versions since you mentioned updating the driver in october.
I see now that your driver is for the 4-axis version. I have the 6-axis. Not sure where to proceed now.

Welp needed a study break. I don't have my mill/pendant at home to test this with but try this one. Because the forums don't allow certain extensions, change the extension to .cc let me know if it compiles (:

That's Exciting to see you got it working! I plan on getting back to working on the driver for this next week... if I don't get pulled to somewhere else....

Hi Guys,
I've just got the 4 axis version of this MPG for my first LinuxCNC build....
I hope to do some testing in the next 2 weeks with this and a Mesa 7i95 ethernet board. Thanks for all your hard work! I'm looking forward to the continued progress. Once I get my system up and running I might be able to lend a hand?
Cheers!
Shaun

Hi Shaun,
If you want to continue development on it, grab the code from my github, it seems I'm going to drop the project for this pendant as it violates a few FCC rules, and our shops been told to discontinue use of it. If you have any questions or want help along the way I may be able to offer some assistance.

Hi Chad,
Thanks, I will. Thats a shame... I probably will ask you for some help when the time comes. Thanks!
How does it violate FCC rules? The rules that may be violated for your country may not be an issue here (Australia) or in other places.
Cheers!

1) its not labelled for any governing body
2) its operating on 433mhz continuously ( FCC says max of 5 seconds, or chirping every 10)
I did a little digging, it seems you can apply for a license if you are at least 70km away from the Murchison Radioastronomy Observatory located at latitude 26° 42’ 15” south, longitude 116° 39’ 32” east; Region 3 (Oceania) has different rules then region 1 (americas) where the FCC wants to own everything
