You could try running Configurator again using your INI file and the HAL file I posted and use the pin names from the connections.hal file I posted in the Configurator.

Replace your torch_height.hal with this one.

I would recommend that you comment out the same lines in your original hal file as well in case you want to rebuild.

I rebuild the through configurator and I paste the torch connections you gave me and it finally worked it opened up the axis gui
Thanks alot the only thing is that is my torch on relay is switching on or clicking cause I dont have the plasma on how do i invert the pin I had done that to my original working config?

Edit your torch_height_connections.hal

find this line:
net plasmac:torch-on => parport.0.pin-14-out
and insert this line above it:
setp parport.0.pin-14-out-invert 1

Thanks it worked...Does this go for any other port that needs to be inverted I can use the same command and just insert it above the existing command?

I have Arc ok light on on my GUI and float switch on also. I wanted to invert this pins as well I tried adding that same command but switching the pin but that doesn’t work is there another command I need to use to invert the arc ok and float switch pins?

OK i was able to find the command to invert the input pins. But how do I home the Z axis it wont let me do anything on the axis gui cause it says to home the axis in which I did but keeps giving me the error on the bottom right corner that the axis need to be homed. i see the Z axis values on the screen that they are moving up and down but nothing it still dosnt let me start the anything.
