This looks like lcec needs to be re-compiled with the 2.7 headers.

I will stay with 2.6 until driver will be available for 2.7.

I know I can do it by myself, but I need to load all headers and setup dev. environment.

Maybe Sascha will be able to do it.

This servo controller has a Ethercat interface. Why do you not use this?

Hello Frank,

I tested Beckhoff Ethercat. It works fine and I plan to continue with EM7004 as you suggested( I will get one for test this days). Do you have any hal configuration for driving axis with EM7004?
Thank you.

Hello Bojan,
I have not test this before, but it is in the modul list, i think, it is not complicate.
Maybe this:

<masters>
<master idx="0" appTimePeriod="1000000" refClockSyncCycles="1000">
<slave idx="0" type="EM7004" />
</master>
</masters>

Hello,

I saw Sascha post "fixed debien dependencies for linuxcnc 2.7 userspace version" in its git repository.
How can I install this fix on installed ethercat driver on 2.7 linuxcnc?

Regards

Install linuxcnc-dev before
Download the source with : git clone ....
change to the directory: linuxcnc-ethercat
delete old installation: make clean
compile the source with: sudo make install

regards Frank

Thanks Frank, it works now. It seems that 'make clean' did the difference.
