This should have been fixed now:

The new version is only in the development version of LinuxCNC at the moment.

You can install it on your own installation with:
1) Install LinuxCNC dev to get the "halcompile" tool.
2) Download this file and save it to your PC
raw.githubusercontent.com/LinuxCNC/linux...nts/toggle2nist.comp

3) Install it

That's not the mesa I meant, but try otherwise this image with Linux 6.12 rt:

I tried the command but no different effect.

The Terminal spits out " 3 2 " every time regardless if it stops in the move or not.
It seems to be stopping at a specific sequence from tool to tool.
Some of the work ok some don't.
I have tried changing diameter of the tool for to no avail.

If that is a 'real' email address you are using as your username you may want to change your username to something else. It's quite likely to get sucked up by some web bot looking for such things.

Um jetzt mal eine kurze Rückmeldung zu geben, ich gebe das auf mit dem Encoder vom Servo, weil dort einfach keine Signale rauskommen, es ist wohl die Version, welche diese Ausgänge nicht hat.
Ich habe mir einen günstigen Drehgeber bestellt mit differentiellen Ausgängen so wie die Glasmaßstäbe das auch haben.
Rückmeldung wird folgen, sobald ich den Encoder hier habe.

To give you a short feedback, I'm giving up on the encoder from the servo because there are simply no signals coming out, it's probably the version that doesn't have these outputs.
I have ordered a cheap encoder with differential outputs like the glass scales have.
Feedback will follow as soon as I have the encoder here.

I've installed linuxcnc 2.9.3 and the mesa flash is installed using clone and make install

Please post your hal and ini files.

Is this the original gmoccapy screen?

Not sure what you mean exactly but the 'Cycles' tab is usually not part of gmoccapy. It is generated by loading the external lathe macro addon.

For testing try inserting a queue buster command to halt the read ahead until the move is finished:


 

Also try and start your config from terminal (note the minux+letter'L') and check for messages when the routine fails.

- Create a new HAL_COMMAND entry in the [HALUI] section of your ini file (below the one you created for M101):
MDI_COMMAND = M105

Then connect the MDI_COMMAND in your hal file:
loadrt not
addf not.0
net coolant-flood => not.0.in
net not-coolant-flood <= not.0.out => halui.mdi-command-01

yes i know that if i want to ue this component i will need sensors but what is the difference between them
