I did another bolt hole circle. Cut fine with no issues. Here's the data

Also include the .log files (renamed to txt) if you want to analyze it further

Looking good. Can you bring the threshold down a bit so you don't get the probe signal going off in the middle of the run?

It looks like your threshold is right at your full scale voltage. Maybe 1 volt to be safe but even 0.5 volts. would be nice.

The signal is nice and smooth now anyway

Yeah it would probably benefit from some tuning. My threshold is actually at 23v. If you're looking at the pictures, the cut section is later and was cropped out.

The signal is much cleaner, great work on the comp!

Thats great to know. I'm going to leave it like this for now until we get some more feedback (snowgoer540 where are you?)

I really want to focus on the void/kerfcrossing stuff. Hopefully I will have it nailed over the weekend.. Its one of those things where one cut generates enough data to keep me busy for hours studying code and I think I found the error in my algorithm...

 I’m coming! I think maybe you might have missed my post about the electrical house finally shipping my stuff yesterday. Resistors are supposed to be here this afternoon sometime. Current plan is to get my car inspected in an hour, light a fire in the shop to warm it up a bit and do some other odds and ends until the resistors shows up. Then I’m itching to do some wiring and play. The lady works until 8p tonight so I’ll have plenty of time to do some testing :fingers crossed:
