Good catch! I probably would have found that one the hard way, hopefully that wasn't your experience there. I'll probably bounce back and forth between testing the cut-recovery feature, and the mesh mode, if that's ok?

I just pushed a few fixes that will hopefuly sort this out...
I also saw during testing this stuff that the breakaway didn't work during rapids, that should be sorted as well.

So this doesn't work correctly on my table. If I pause during a rapid move, change consumables still doesn't work, but what's worse than that, it comes to a rapid move and just stops for the rest of the LinuxCNC session. If I restart and go back in, everything works as normal provided nothing pauses.
Also, the cut-recovery button still doesn't bring up the cut-recovery stuff when it's paused (at least not during a rapid).
I'm at .146 and I ran the configurator for good measure like a good tester

Is this all in the cut recovery branch?

I can get this to happen from the breakaway switch but the pause button seems to work correctly.

Interesting. I didn't get as far as to check breakaway, but if I paused during a rapid movement, I was pretty much hosed for the rest of the session.

Ok, so I'm understanding that this was specific to cut-recovery? The regular version of Plasmac and the mesh-mode branch are ok?
i hope you dont mind my jumping between test branches for testing?

It would be nice (for me) to sort one branch out at a time.

Ok, no problem, just tell me which branch you want me to be on/testing, and I'll do that
