On the Parameters tab of QtPlasmaC there is a Backup button, attach the file created by that..

I made a sim config using all your settings and parameters and it works as expected. I really don't understand why it would behave differently there. Can you post a gcode file that does not work correctly for you.

hello, my test was to use shapes from the library. I turned on the thc proma 150 test mode then started the cycle. The plasmac raises and lowers the burner properly. The qtplasma doesn't do the same just in hundreds of millimeters. The test mode in thc proma 150 causes sending up and down signals, plasmac responds well to these signals and I use it on a daily basis to cut. I have no idea why qtplasma doesn't do the same.

I don't know why Plasmac would act differently to QtPlasmac, they both share the plasmac component which controls the THC. As far as I was aware the proma couldn't move the Z axis until it was cutting while running a program.
Why would you use test mode when you are running a gcode program?
Can you post a video of the complete GUI while this problem is showing.
