Can you describe the exact steps to reproduce the base 10 error?

The second error is telling you that your G-Code is outside of the movement boundary for the table. It would be helpful to see the entire screen, but moving your origin (x0y0 location) should solve the issue, assuming you have enough table travel.

Ok. I did everything from scratch, the program starts but thc is not working. In the hall-meter the signals are repulsed correctly.

Thanks for the update, you'll have to wait for Phill on the THC one.

I was looking for the steps to reproduce how you got the error "invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'False'"  in the terminal.

Seems that was on the prefferences file, so might be edited and "false" put instead of a number.

Now that I am not at work, I have watched your videos and done a few things.

First, your TORCH ON is not enabled, you are not actually cutting. So however you are simulating the external UP DOWN pulses will be ignored because the torch is not on and there is no ARC OK.

Second, I turned your config into a simulation:

A. You have some weird things going on with Y MIN and MAX LIMITS, but I am not a config expert, so someone else will have to chime in here. <--EDIT: This was my fault error in creating the simulation config

B. Your THC speed % is set to 1000%, which seems high. For the video below, I set it at 100%

C. THC for Mode 2 works. I misspoke on my first reply.

Here is video of it working in a simulation (you have to have TORCH ON enabled):

Hi. Just when cutting with the burner on after the update, I noticed that the Z axis does not respond to signals from thc. Earlier in this post I described how I do simulations. I have thc proma 150. The simulation worked without the burner on.

I have just run your config as a sim and it works fine here:

Could you start QtPlasmaC from a terminal and post the complete terminal output up until the GUI is loaded.

Could you check these pins while cutting:
plasmac.thc-feed-rate
plasmac.move-up
plasmac.led-up
plasmac.move-down
plasmac.led-down
