wrong scale thc of the z axis during cutting on qtplasmac

It's a pin, set by QtPlasmaC, it's just used to pass the value from the GUI to the PlasmaC component.  It shouldnt appear in any hal file, it's "behind the scenes".  

So you are saying that after you removed it from hal it shows as 0?

The two values circled should be the same.

That is strange, did you run it from a terminal and see if there are any error messages.

This also doesnt make sense since your MAX_VELOCITY for [JOINT_2] is 25.0.  This means that you should be able to set it to 1500mm/min.  Unless you changed your .ini since you posted the backup...

Setup speed is NOT thc-feed-rate.
thc-feed-rate is always at the max velocity shown in the GUI.

Correct, that's what I'm tracking.

But he said he can only set "it" to a max of 1000.  From his .ini file I believe that max should be 1500.

Yep, that is correct.
