There is nothing in those to be concerned about, they are just informational warnings.

As a workaround, setp the thc-feed-rate pin to 1500 in the Hal file and see if it works OK for you. In the meantime I will see if I can determine why it is happening.

Also I agree with Greg that you should use Auto Volts.

Edit: Also set PID P to 10 and PID I to 0

Thank you ! yesterday i tried to cut 3mm thick iron at 25 amps 92 volts 1000mm / min speed with "setp plasmac.thc-feed-rate 500" and it cut very well. with autovolt set, however, it did not work well.

Auto Volt "should" work best but you have to make sure that your Pierce Hieght is correct after doing some probe tests and also the the Cut Height is correct in the Parameters. With Auto Volts you don't need to worry about the Cut Volts in the Parmeters.
Did the THC work ok after setting it to 1500?
What Locale do you use?

I got the best results with setp plasmac.thc-feed-rate 150. this morning I turned on the pc and cut volt was set to 99 (I had saved it at 92) brought back to 92 but the save button is gray and inactive, the setting is fine anyway, the localization is Italy. thinking about it years ago debian had to be installed without changing the language otherwise it didn't work ..

Thank you Billy, i am sure Phill and Snowwy fixed that, i just did not have the time to do a new config as the main machine has more than just ins and outs, has also drive faults....
BTW, all that i said above i had to do, scratch that, i have to go fix the Elumatec, all the drives went dead and they do have power going to them.
