If you 3D print them, though, you can incorporate standoffs and clips specific to your PCB mounting hole centres.
www.thingiverse.com/thing:4018328
For example.
(I just designed those based on the drawing in the Mesa THCAD manual, but I have not printed them, and have no THCAD to try them with)

No, not finished. I have to finish it. I am working on it now in parallel with a Chinese machine. The Chinese router is done with exception of the Racktoolchanger. That I am trying to figure out the NGC code.
I just have to power up the control panel. I was going to use gmocappy but there was a bug that never got fixed so I am using axis.
I have two THCAD's and everything to finish it. Just have to get it done....lol

Is there an issue if I mount the THCAD in a box on the machine and run the encoder inputs to the mesa card?
That way I can keep the high voltage out of the control panel. Would it need to be shielded and it is about 20 feet maybe 15.

Yes this is fine, just make sure that the cable shield is only connected at the control box
end (and that the THCAD is powered via the "encoder" cable)
