I think Plasmac already has some facility for adding debounce to the arc-OK signal
I would try that route first. Basically debounce is always needed on 7I96 input for signals
from mechanical contacts, since the 7I96 isolated inputs are quite fast (50 usec or so
response time)

Hes, its discussed in the manual here
linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/plasma/qtpl...ml#_contact_debounce

You can edit the values in one of the hal files.

I am using the same plasma machine I have on my other table that’s running linuxcnc but with a proma that I get raw voltage and the prime has the arc signal that I send to the Chinese breakout board input. No issues there what do I need to enter on my config for the debounce on input 10?

Its done for you. Just edit the settings

What about the touch off how can I get the value back to default? I didn’t enter the measurement correctly and now every time I boot up the GUI the offset is already there on the DRO screen even when I home the Z it doesn’t go to 0. Trying to find the value to set it back to 0.

Follow the first four steps here:

linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/plasma/qtpl...tml#qt_initial-setup

Actually ypu shouldn't need to do step #4 nowdays...

Let me try that but how did you get a home all button I have to home each axis individually at a time?

Well it wouldn’t work the way you have on your GUI so I just deleted the config and started again. And think it work now not sure yet once I home all axis and move the torch around then I try to home again all axis they don’t set to zero is there something different I need to do. This stuff just leads one thing to another and another. I followed the steps over and over again something new just keeps popping up that’s not working right I am still having issues with the arc ok led on the bottom of the GUI keep blinking every time I ground my lead to table from plasma and it was doing it with nothing hooked up to table when I was doing the probe test and float switch activated and the arc ok light kept going on and off.
