If arc ok is flickering then it shouldn't even attemp a cut, it should give an arc lost error.

Do you have a diagram of how you wired the arc ok signal between the plasma cutter and the 7i96.

But I have a thermal dynamics cut master 52 almost identical pin out 3/4 are torch on and 12/14 are ok to move or arc ok

I hook up the ground clamp to table and it starts flickering the float switch is not activated. Not sure what’s going on you think if I move to another pin and change it on the config

Just skipped 3 and a half pages, after seing the video, i am sure it is a wiring issue, and a pretty bad one at that.
I think this is the second time i am saying on this topic, but since i have not slept yet, i might be delusional !

Was referencing cause the diagram shows a hypertherm and I have a different brand but pretty much same pin out. Though you were asking if my torch on pin was also flickering

I think you may need to check all your ground connections. I wouldn't think connecting the work lead should affect anything.
